The law firm of Hotz, Weaver, Flood, Breitkreutz & Grant is a general partnership which was formed in 1995, but the law firm has a history that dates back 100 years. In 1912, William J. Hotz established the law practice in Omaha, and then added his son, William J. Hotz, Jr., to the law firm in 1945. Our attorney, Edward D. Hotz eventually joined the firm in 1975 and continued the legacy of the firm.
